1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 $104,500
This is a rare Boss 302 Mustang. Ford only produced 14 Chestnut Metallic Boss 302 in 1970. This particular car is a true 1 of 1 as shown on the Marti Report below. Also, this car retains the numbers matching engine and transmission.
There are approximately 15 miles on this car since the complete nut and bolt rotisserie concours detailed restoration by Christiana Muscle Car Restoration was completed Summer 2008. This Boss 302 has been completely stripped down with every nut and bolt removed from the car...every part, system and component has been thoroughly cleaned/repaired/detailed and correctly reassembled back on this car including:
Engine Completely Rebuilt with aftermarket Comp Cams Camshaft, Lifters, Timing Chain, Crankshaft, Rods and JE Pistons using the original Numbers Matching Engine Block, Correct Carb, Water Pump, Rocker Arms, Valve Covers, Intake Manifold, Exhaust Manifolds, Heat Shields, Air Pump and Emissions Equipment, Distributor and Vac Advance Retard Unit. The cylinder heads have been magnafluxed and resurfaced with new guides installed. The transmission has the vin stamped on the top of it and has the data tag still attached. Also the rear and carb have the data tags.
